We welcome at-home chefs and food enthusiasts, ranging from beginner and intermediate to advanced. From Fresh Ingredients to Master Chefs: Why Our Cooking School Is The Best 

Our cooking classes incorporate recipes created from scratch, using fresh, seasonal ingredients and time-tested culinary techniques. Each cooking class is led by an experienced instructor who is a graduate from a professional culinary program, and has years of cooking school teaching experience.

Our state-of-the-art cooking school provides a learning environment for people to discover the joy of food and cooking. Our kitchens—many of them newly remodeled—are designed to be inviting and spacious, so students feel comfortable and learn in the perfect cooking school environment. Each cooking class includes a recipe packet students can reference, in addition to a notepad for taking down cooking class notes. Students will also be given an apron and a towel to use during each cooking class at L’Academie. All equipment and ingredients are provided, so all you need to do is show up and get ready to cook or bake!
