Academic Calendar

Chef Paul Fourier is visiting from his native Belgium and will host a class for students in our Professional Culinary Arts Program on March 6, 2012.  Chef Fournier has worked at several 2-star Michelin restaurants  in France and was elected "Chef of the Year" in 1997 by Gault et Millau guide and received the Cle d'Or de la Gastronomie a year later by the same publication.  He was Chef at the residence of the Ambassador of Belgium to the US for two years.  For the past 11 years Chef Fournier, has had his own restaurant in the village of Nassogne, a province of Luxembourg.
