L'Academie de Cuisine is very proud of the achievements of its alumni. Many of our alumni are renowned chefs, owners of their own restaurants, personal chef businesses, catering companies, cake design businesses and food shops. Other graduates have gone into related fields such as teaching, food writing, TV production, food research and development and sales and marketing in hotels and food companies.

Alumni are important members of the L'Academie de Cuisine community and the individualized attention received as a student continues after graduation. LAC's career placement center is available to alumni throughout their careers. Our personalized network of friends, colleagues and associates in the food world are always intersted in working with our graduates. Alumni are always encouraged to come back and talk with us about the next step in their career.
