Theresa Souther is a graduate of L'Academie de Cuisine's Pastry Arts Program and is the Head of the Professional Pastry Arts Program. Theresa worked as a pastry cook at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington and she has assisted Chef Mark Ramsdell at Pastry Design Studio. Theresa is also a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
