Somchet Chumpapo is a graduate of L'Academie de Cuisine and has been a staff teacher for the Culinary Arts Program since 1994. In addition to her responsibilities for teaching in the professional programs, Somchet teaches Asian cuisine in the school's recreational program. In 2001, Somchet attended traditional cooking classes in her native Thailand. She has studied cooking in India and the Philippines and has been working in the food industry for over 20 years.
