Paul Schneider is a 2003 graduate of L’Academie’s professional program and He graduated with honors and number one in his class. He is also a graduate of Denison University. Paul runs his own personal chef business, Chef Paul Cooks. He creates seasonally fresh meals made weekly to the specific needs of his families. Prior to starting his own personal chef business, Paul worked for about two years at the highly-acclaimed and award winning, modern French-American restaurant 2941, located in Falls Church, Virginia. While there, he also managed Café 2941, which offered breakfast, lunch, and catering services. Paul teaches seasonal recreational cooking classes.
