Oliver Friendly is a 2006 graduate of L'Academie de Cuisine's Culinary Arts Program. Oliver is owner/instructor/chef of Eat and Smile Foods.
He studied under Peter Smith at PS7's, and Barton Seaver at Hook, where he learned different approaches to classic dishes and the importance of locally sourced food.
