Neil is an experienced Personal Chef. Neil is a graduate (with honors) of the year long Culinary Career Training program at L’Academie de Cuisine. Neil has also completed the Culinary Business Academy of New Mexico Personal Chef training program. In August 2008, Neil earned teh distinction of Certified Personal Chef.
Neil’s culinary career highlights include:
Cooked at Palena Restaurant in Washington D.C. Neil worked for Chef Frank Ruta, winner of the 2007 James Beard Award for Best Chef.
Assisted nationally recognized chefs during the Ritz Carlton’s Annual Fine Art of Cuisine in 2004.
Assisted Chef Francois Dionot during numerous formal themed dinners at L’Academie de Cuisine.
Successfully completed food safety training, testing, and certification.
Member of the United States Personal Chef Association.
Treasurer of the Capital Chefs, the local chapter of the United States Personal Chef Association.
Neil is a retired Army officer and has both Bachelors and Masters degrees
