Monica Marshall is the Custom Cake Manager at Ms. Desserts in Baltimore, Maryland.
A 1997 graduate of the L’Academie de Cuisine Pastry Arts Program, Monica has worked in numerous pastry kitchens, including the four-star, four-diamond Hampton’s restaurant at Baltimore’s Harbor Court Hotel. She was also an Assistant Pastry Chef with Renaissance Pastries, a premier pastry shop in the Washington Metro area. Monica has been teaching at L’Academie since 2003, specializing in pastry classes for both adults and kids. Monica holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
